Grief and Loss

Grief is a natural reaction to loss and is an inevitable part of life. Its the emotional suffering you may feel when you have loss someone or something that was very meaningful to you.   There are different types of loss that someone can experience in life such as the death of a loved one, loss of a job, relationship breakup, divorce, loss of financial stability, death of a pet, loss of health, etc.

Grieving itself is a normal, healthy response to loss, but sometimes the grief and sadness seems to persist and can impacts our lives significantly. In this case, you may experience emotional and physical symptoms, such as:

Parenting

Parenting, though rewarding, can also be challenging and quite stressful at times. A range of concerns can arise during parenthood. Parents who become overwhelmed may find the support to be helpful, particularly when faced with a difficult situation or behavioural concerns. If you feel you need help and direction, I provide in therapy the necessary knowledge, tools, guidance, and support to parents without bias or judgment.
